In today’s business environment, effective communication is essential.  With it, everything is possible.  Without it, there is little chance of success.  A communication breakdown at the interpersonal level is the essence of most problems that businesses face today.  If we can fix that, everything else falls into place.

ABOUT THE CLASS:

This class will explore ways to recognize and improve personal and company communications.  Participants will learn ways to become better communicators.

  • The role of tone, body language, and 2-way communication in the process of understanding.
  • Purposeful listening – to gather information and gain understanding.

  • How to lead an effective meeting; how to make an effective presentation
  • Conflict resolution
  • How effective communication can lead to increased productivity, more efficient operations and greater employee retention
